Rude

I went to fnd today to deposit R7000. I wated on a long queue, when i reach the teller she told me that they don't accept less than 10000 inside the bank i must go and outside to deposit, then i went outside stand on a long queue, no one to show us how to do the deposit, then i asked one of the floor lady to assist bcz the money did not want to go through, she told me that the security will help me, we tried maybe 4times with no luck,when i called him he said hes busy with somoene else his coming, then the white kady called him for help he just went pass us and help her,when i complaint he shouted me saying thsts not his job to help,hes just doing us a favour, if that not hes job , who's job is it because there are the who chase us from inside,what a terrible ideal
