Rubish

On the 25th September I went to withdraw my money and when I got to the ATM my card was swallowed by the machine . I immediately called the emergency line to report the incident only to discover that apparently money had been withdrawn(R1400 @05:15am the 05:16am R1600). I went to the bank to officially report after a telephonic attempt and was provided with a ***** document to complete and was told that investigation will take up to 4-8weeks . My dissatisfaction with this is that the process is long but it took seconds for my money to be removed from my account and that what am I supposed to do in the interim ???? I have submitted the documents and no confirmation received thus far . To my surprise the recent changes FNB has made is that the card will have to come out prior to the money but in this case nothing like that happened !!!!!!!!!!!!. I need my money ASAP and please also advise the security measures moving forward .

its been over 24 hours and still no one has called me- the only thing i got was an email on friday that my documents were not received, not that i am surprised because clearly all of you are ***********. I have never ever in my life had to deal with such incompetence

6 days later still no response . I have called numerous times ,spoken to FINITA, Dimakatso Makuka and Mathapelo Kuman from the ***** department . I was transferred form one line to another with no solution !!!! the lack of urgency is appalling , I am still waiting for communication with regards to the ***** case I have logged. This is poor service and I am disgusted at how FNB treats their customers
