******* SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER CARE TO SAY BUT A FEW

I got two contract phones with (FNB) for me and my husband, which came with two sim cards that give us 200 MB and 50 MIN. No one ever told us that they have put a soft lock on our phones which mean if the 200 MB finish they charge us for using the internet. But we were buying our own data when the 200 MB of data finished. They debited money from my account which i did not agree with them to deduct now they are refusing to reverse the debit order. To make matters worse, we never had an agreement that they must give right to any of their departments to deduct money from our account.

We spoke to several memebers from FNB woodmead bruch who did not show effort or concern to help. I am 8 months pregnant and they did not even concider that i have been up and down to get this sorted out. They were ******** and really unhelpful.

We cannot pay for something we were never informed about. They even took two months to charge this to our account. No bill was sent until we started complaining today.

Their impudence and impertinence is really offensive.

We are in legal right and will take legal action should they fail to investigate this matter and reach a unbiased conclusion.

Hi Daffnie Govender, can I please be updated as to how far your process is taking.

Atlist give me an estimated time of completion.

This was clearly not my fault and i doubt that it should take this log to sort it out.

I have even removed my money from my account in fear that more money will be taken.

My husband is even concidering chnaging banks.

Please treat this as urgant.

Greatly dissapointed!

Hi FNB,

It is now 2017 and you still have not communicated through this platform or telephonic ally.

FNB Connect keeps trying to take money from my account and this issue will continue.

Your ignorance is not appreciated. All I need are answers as to what is happening.

I cannot keep on getting money taken from my account.

Thank you for resolving this matter after we persisted requesting for feedback.

Happy that the issue is resolved but unhappy about the way it was handled.

Next time please give feedback and follow up on the customer to make sure that they are at breast with what is happening.

I don't want to loose confidence in the bank.

I needed to say this as a measure of constructive criticism. You can do better next time.

:)
