My name is Nontlantla and I am so disappointed with the service I got from Lerato Ratseke and her boss Thando Made. I received a home loan with FNB home loans and on the 7th of April 2022 I went to Mall of the south FNB as I needed some funds from my account since I'm paying it upfront. I did everything I was told to do in terms of the forms and documents and they told me that the turnaround time is 7 days.The following monday I called to do a follow-up I was told that my account was being handled by Lerato Ratseke I called her but her line was on voicemail.I called again Monday spoke to Thando Made who told me that the forms were not filled correctly and I need to fill them again and after following her instructions I waited two days to call and follow up ,the lady I spoke to told me that the matter was with validations and that after that the matter is handled we will be paid out and we will get the funds. BUT TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I CALLED TODAY I SPOKE TO LERATO RATSEKE AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A CALL AROUND 12H:00 FOR VALIDATION SINCE THE MATTER IS WITH PAYOUTS BUT TO MY SURPRISE NO CALL NO MONEY. WHAT A ******* SERVICE FROM THANDO MADE AND LERATO RATSEKE.TODAY THE DATE IS THE 20TH STILL WAITING.
