FNB home loans are full of ****! Over a week I have been trying to get an update and refund on my bond that was cancelled which has been more challenging then closing my municipality account!

No one at FNB has any idea of what is going on with my home loan account. Same ******* email sent to me on a daily purpose that my refund is with the refund department but nothing has been refunded.

The most *********** department at FNB that I have dealt with in the 10 years of being a loyal client. Full of hot air and toss the client from pillar to post. No urgency to respond to emails as well after sending over a dozen messages.
