I bought a FNB celphone. It want to return it because it is a complete piece of *******. I waited 2 hours for Smrtswitch to copy my stuff from my old phone, but in the end only ******* was installed. I have struggled FOR DAYS but I cannot get my WhatsApp messages back. The phone forced me to accept the SAMSUNG Internet, but it must be renamed to ****** internet. It keeps bombarding me with ****** information, which I'm not interested in. There is piles of default *******, but nothing that I need or want. Please take this piece of junk back. Based on the consumer protection act, I have a right to return this product.
