I've made an atm deposit in Pretoria a week ago, funds were taken by the atm and "Direct deposit unsuccessful" was the message I got from the atm slip.

I've been trying to get my funds back, and fnb couldn't care less, a query was made immediately at the same branch on Pretoria Street and to date, after all calls and emails my money is still not available to me. Very unprecedented and unreliable.
