I have banked with FNB for the longest time. 2 years ago I tried to close my account with absolutely no success, I was sent from pillar to post on more than 8 occasions, told to send emails which were never rep**** to and still 2 years later I HAVE NOT MANAGED TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. In the meantime, FNB has been charging me bank charges on this account and this is honestly ridiculous. If I could have given a rating of - 1 I would have. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH FNB!!!!
