It has literally taken me the whole day to try and speak to someone about opening a business account. Your phone lines are useless your app is even worse it deletes messages and you have to message 3 times till you get to the right person. This is shocking for such a big institution. how you don't have proper technology in your company is beyond me and now you want me to let you keep my money safe? you cant even get your own app and phone lines right...
