Rubbing their customers blind!!!!!! After spending 30 minutes on a call yesterday fixing their mistake debiting me checque account for credit card payment that was already made - you fine me R100 for a mistake YOU people made and then go and do the same dam thing today!!!! Your interest rates on a loan i took years ago when i was stuck finanically 40% and when asked for assistance on that you couldnt help me either, changing a debit order date is a bluddy nightmare and still hasnt been done and now due to your error im sitting with missing funds and fees rectifying your error
