Rsk cat not updated

Completely disgusted with FNBs service. I have had a business account with FNB for some time now nearing one year. I have a good credit rating and no over due accounts. Recently I was back and forth with FNB regarding old accounts which were written off which they resulted in placing me on risk category 3 on my profile. No communication was sent to me at the time and I had made payment arrangements back then. I am now being kept hostage and cant apply on the app for credit. FNB said I cant make oayment to them as accounts are written off however these were handed over so I can still reach out to the debt collectors and settle with them correct? I just want to know if fnb will then send me a paid up letter or will the debt collectors do so and also provide me with the debt collectors numbers and emaill addresses for arrangements

FNB stated if I send the Paidup letters they can lift he risk cat. I would hate having to chnage banks becasue of this this stupid issue.
