Royalty and Service Excellence

I ant to commend the FNB Branch in Tembisa Mall for their Excellent Service which I experienced on Friday 9 April 2021. The service was not for me alone but as I stood in the que I saw clients before me 3 to be exact were treated with warmth respect and diginty. When my turn came Ms Kenosi Jojo rendered the best and professional to me just as she did with other clients before me listened and gave the best service, she infact treated me like a Queen. Thanks she was so excellent, quick to retrieve and finalized my query . Her response when approahed by her collegue was a Master piece very politely responded which to me was good teamwork this is something we as clients must applaude especially when we are served with dignity respect and professionalism. Big Up Ms Jojo and the team!
