rounding in circles
<p>I went to fnb foresthill to settle my temp loan,after I made a payment I asked if it was updated the cashier said yes I don't have to worry, now I'm buying a car and for some reasons there's still a showing balance on the fnb temp loan that I remember settling,i went on Monday the 1st of August to ask for a settlement letter I was help to a phone which I waited for the legal department to answer after an hour,they said the letter will be updated in 24 hours I went back as I desperately need the letter now no one is finding me on the system. I'm very disappointed on fnb for the service they gave, ,,i had to wait the whole week to get a letter....wow?and I used about R200,00 air to call the legal department but it seems no one knows what I'm talking about...one minute I'm there one minute I'm not! Really sad </p>
