Rotten service FNB

I wrote a hello peter review on Friday regarding my issue with FNB insurance and my windscreen. 4 days later and I am still driving around with a cracked windscreen endangering my family and my life because FNB is still giving me the run around regarding my windscreen. No where in my policy documents does it state the only a **** windscreen will be covered and if I want an OEM I must cover the cost. No feedback,no contact since they promised to get back to me two days ago, but installments are debited on time though. I am banking with FNB for 38 years now and this is the treatment.
