Romeo and Jean unauthorized transaction

I purchased a dress last year May from a company called Romeo and Jean. I used my debit card to pay R1500 for the dress. On the day when I bought the dress, the R1500 went off from my account. A few months later R1500 went off from my account once more when I went to enquire from FNB they said it was for the transaction from May, apparently it was still pending and now it went through. Although I couldn't understand what was going on I accepted as there was no previous record of the money going off from my account. On the 18th of November 2019, the R1500 for Romeo and Jean went off again when I made an enquiry with FNB they said the transaction was for last year May. I requested for my bank statement and unfortunately there is no record of the transaction that I made an enquiry about last year and FNB is not willing to assist me in that regard.
