Rocking the boat

I am your typical model client, I pay everything that is due, I have a business current account and a bond with you. For the last 7 years....

I have an overdraft facility that I pay for every month, and I pay interest on the money I use. Currently I am not in overdraft.

Then WHY do I get a call from a consultant telling me that my overdraft facility will be reduced? I run a business that needs the overdraft facility from time to time to tie me over when there is a gap between payments made and payments received. Surely as a bank you should understand it. If I were a huge risk, I could understand the reduction, but I have never defaulted on anything in my life and do not plan to.

I suggest you revise that stupid formula that says I cannot have the facility, or learn to deal with entrepreneurs. We do not all fit into your square box. My main account is with Nedbank, and I have never had this problem with them. Maybe they value their good clients more.

Everything is running smoothly, why rock the boat now?
