ROBOT FNB IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

I would choose 0 if I could. I do not have the time to retype my story for the 10th time FNB. I have work to do. This is the only place where I know you will actually (have in the past), hopefully listen to me. E-mail, FNB app (USELESS, AS ALWAYS!!!), even trying to submit a complaint online DID NOT WORK!! All I am trying to do is renew my CAR LICENCE, but it seems impossible, If you do not provide this service anymore, let people know. Don't waste our time. I do not want email or any text, I have asked that someone, an actual human phone me. Your apps and robots are really, really irritating and people who work do not have time to play. I have struggled for weeks and my licence is becoming more and more overdue. Go look at my chats, emails and application for my licence.
