Robbing Peter to Pay Paul...

I recently purchased Euro's from FNB and rightfully paid a commission fee per Euro . I am happy with that. Now I want to transfer this money to a cash card purchased through FNB and they want to charge another commission fee. How can they ask for two commission fees???? When I queried this I was told that they had a system issue but would pay t back within 7 days. So they take money out just to pay it back?!?!

Dear FNB, "Thank you so much" for sending me the most generic response ever... I am comforted that "someone" took the time to write a response and not only send the response to me but everyone that has ever complained about your company. I feel that I am not just a number but a person that gets responded to by a robot. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY WORD IS WRITTEN IN SARCASM. No one has contacted me as yet and just goes to show that it is nothing but words...
