ROBBING CUSTOMERS -FORCED TO TAKE LIFE COVER

This is absolutely daylight *******, I've been paying a loan and have never skipped a payment. I was forced to take a life cover for my debt when I explained that I already have a life cover with Sanlam they refused to accept even the information I provided. All these months that life cover was part of my monthly installment and now towards the end of my debt the life cover is charged separately. How can I take life cover for a debt less than R100K when I already have a life cover that pays out over 3 million?? This is another reason I'm even really considering moving my banking to Discovery because of what bullying tactics are these.
