Robbing cents

I finished paying off my loan as it siad I owed R45.45. It then told me under the detailed balance that the settlement was 17c I paid that. Then it told me again that my settlement account balance was 7c. I paid that . Now it still says I owe 7c. What does it take to remove the settlement balance?
