I have FNB Connect account with FNB, they called me to say they are migrating from R399.00 package to R409.00 on my specific number. however, they deducted R409.00 and also R399.00 at the same time for the same cell number. They even went further in deducting another R409.00 for another cell number which I never consented for which was never on R399.00 package. I called them and explained this to them. I have been calling them and I don't get them anymore and they are owing me R808.00 and are not keen to pay me reading from their conduct. It was so quick for them to deduct money without my consent but very much difficult for them to refund me. I need money today.
