If the is any bank that one should stay away from as a credit provider is FNB this because this bank will ***** you behind your back even after you have fully paid them. I mean after I have fully payed off my FNB Revolving Loan and Gold Credit Card on 28 March 2019 & 1 April 2019 and requested for them to be closed. FNB told me that they will close them but behind the closed doors of their bank they kept them open and didn’t close which has resulted to my credit score being negatively affected even if I want to open credit at other facilities and what a poor service I received at FNB Vereeniging branch for that matter. I tell you if people keep quiet about the unfair treatment by banks like FNB they will continue to capture and rob innocent people of their credit dignity something must done about this let us name and shame them.
