****** by my own First National Bank

FNB is among the top when it comes to theft and *******ion in South Africa, i app**** for a Covid relief fund during lockdown, unknowingly what was going to be the outcome in terms of my salary. The terms clearly states that i would not receive funds if i did not submit proof of "loss of income"

I never submitted any proof of "loss of income" as i was fortunate to receive my full salary, Zero money was made available to my disposal.

I cancelled the "relief fund" with Reference but the account remained open in my account.

I went to the bank and they advised me to send an email to close the account, FNB came back to me and said that the account will only be closed after i pay them an amount of R 4,483.83,

This is for money that i never even received a single cent of.
