****** by FNB

I purchased shares that were trading at R0.99 and was obviously charged a service fee. After a short while I decided to check and noticed that I was charged R1.13 a unit whilst the share price was still trading at R0.99 and R1.00. I contacted FNB through the chat option and was told I need to call the Investment department. I used the number they provided and it appeared to be the wrong department. The person tried to transfer me but got disconnected. I am not going to run around for FNB and hoping to hear if other experienced the same as I think it is a ******* being charge a service fee and high price.
