Beyond poor! After Attempting to make a Forex payment and being told it can’t be done, FNB STILL charged me R1500 for the payment that WAS NOT DONE!! How can you charge me for a payment that wasn’t t done?!? I’ve spent plenty time both on hold AND speaking to “so called” customer care and nobody can tell why this money was charged, just that it was. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This is *******! Plain and simple! FIX IT FNB!
