****** a lot of money without a proper explanation
I am very dissatisfied with the service from First National bank, our expected repayment R852.63 and we are paying R2000 or more, in 2020 every month and have been paying more than the expected amount all these years now I told that even if I am paying that much because we once went under debt review it does not count to reduce our Bond even the statement we received from FNB shows that our bond will be paid in full by June 2026 which I still feel that they are reeping us off and this lady I spoke to said that the system has calculated that our bond will be completed by 2027 I feel that this is day light ******* from FNB side even if we went under debt review we were paying our bond more that expected from us and I feel that our bond should be completed sooner than expected as we are paying 2x the expected amount, FNB is now telling us they have made a mistake by telling us to R852.63 on this account and that we should pay R2300,and I don’t understand how their mistake is affecting us and the other thing is that they say they have received a cancellation form our debt review but they still refuse to update their system and continue to reep us off so I feel like paying extra to them is a waste of our money as this does not count for us ,☹☹☹☹☹our bond has never been in arrears even before we went under debt review and the other thing is that we had a house insurance that we cancelled hat money also goes to the bond but they don’t count it, FNB promised to call us back with the explanation but the mail I send to them was deleted without being read Thank you
