Road protect license renewals - Worst product FNB ever launched.
Once again the FNB License renewals is the worst product offered by FNB! Paid my money for my License renewal on 15 January 2020. Their road protect needed more documents. Only notice this on 28 January as there was no mail communication. On 28 January 2020... Your paperwork is in order. We're now revving up your renewal process. Please you are wasting my time you are not revving up ANYTHING! I WANT MY LICENSE! I need my vehicle to go out of town by Friday 14 February 2020 and still NO Feedback form road protect after numerous email!!!! Another USELESS product from FNB...

This is once again another excuse..

We have advised them that your renewal is urgent. There is no time frame as yet.
Due to the load shedding it has caused system issues and they could not print any license discs.
I do understand that this is however not your problem and I can assure you that we are on top of them.

So it takes the traffic department more that 2 weeks to print my license disc because of load shedding! VERY SLOW PRINTER... or just another *********** excuse from FNB Road Protect...
So due to the incompetence of FNB Road Protect I can not use my vehicle and at this point my vehicle is not covered by my insurance due to an EXPIRED license.
Well done FNB ... never fail to surprise your Business account holders!
