Road cover and Loan Repayment

1st) At the begining of March 2017, I went into your Rosebank branch to CANCELL the road cover, signed all the documents and left, think WOW, what great service, only to notice on the 2dn April, the road cover debit has once again gone off my accoutn, how do you guys do this, is about incompetence or just lack of interest in with your staff.

2nd) I dont understand how you do this FNB, you offer me a small loan of R2000,00, on March 30th 2017, (you give me 39 days to repay the loan, as per YOUR agreement) only to find that on the 2nd April 2017 the full repayment PLUS INTEREST has gone of my account. You guys need a real wake up call.

Total disappointment in terms of resolving the "Short term loan "issue, FNB have the dilusional idea that they can ***** over the little man without any recourse. I suggest FNB yoy get your act together.
