RMB/FNB Failing to Allocate a Private Banker to my Profile

I am banking with RMB Private Bank. I have sent so many requests asking for a Private Banker to be allocated to my profile without any success. It is really frustrating as I am in the process of applying for a home loan and I want to move my other home loan from Standard bank. Other banks have approved my application, but FNB/RMB is declining it. They keep on referring me to my Private Banker whom the bank is failing to allocate to me. I have been really struggling with this bank. Maybe it about time I move my banking elsewhere.
