RMB Useless

I changed my phone and set up my banking app on my new phone. Unfortunately I forgot the password end despite trying many times to reset it I am advised that my password doesn’t comply. I have called RMB/ FNB help/support centre 4 times and each time I’m made to feel like I am an idiot and they transfer me to someone else Lee who is absolutely useless. So much for Private Banking
