RMB unpaid D/O

I go an unpaid D/O on the 1st of Sept and checking my account I saw that I have money. I then approached the secure chat as i normally do to get explanation. They then said its because of the 5600 that was paid late in the 1st at 21:25. The 5600 is money I paid real time, waited for the in-app notification and used it for something else immediately. I was told the 5600 was only available on the 2and which is contradictory to the in app notification received at 21:25 saying I have received 5600 with a balance of 20 870.83. My question then was what's the time stamp of the unpaid D/O where I did not have money in my account, I have chatted to a rude advisor who literally was very dismissive and told me your unpaid fee was reversed. I have not received an explanation at all. I am inconvenienced and told i need to reach out to the service provider. This is really bad user experience, and if the chat advisors have no information, it's also good to refer to those who have the information
