RMB to FNB worst service ever

Last year i asked to downgrade my debit and credit card from RMB to FNB. they did the debit card. I have logged numerous requests and the last one in March and they keep telling me the banker would contact me to execute my query but nobody bothers. Should i rather start closing accounts. They keep losing my query
