RMB Private Wealth Nightmare

I reached out to FNB early February as I wished to re-activate my banking profile with them and move all my banking products back to them. Since then I have received nothing but bad service from their RMB Private Wealth division. To date all I've received is an upgrade on my Easy account which I didn't approve; a new bank card, and bank charges for a product I'm not using. Their home loans division is even worse! To date I have not heard from the consultant who reached to me in February to "assist" with information relating to the transfer of my bond. I'd like my account to be reverted to what it was and the bank charges reversed as a matter of urgency!!
