RMB Private Clients being useless once again.

I disputed a debit order in December for being unauthorised and the money was reversed in my account. But then it went off again in January 2024 and when I attempted to do the same, I was told it was blocked by the "service provider", now I want to understand how is it blocked when I didn't authorize it again and accept any debit order mandate in after disputing it? This is ridiculous from RMB Private clients as I bank with them
