RMB PRIVATE BANKS USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES

i am really dissapointed with this Bank I want to cancel/stop the debit order yet they said they cant assist me with Stopping the debit order

Mind you am using their RMB account Private bank for Nothing.....

They cant protect customer & Their money

thinking of moving to different bank.

Ramasela & Clementine they really dont know what they are doing
