RMB Private Bank - The R in RMB stands for Rotten

If you want to get a private banking service, don't use RMB, they are complete basket cases. Last year, I complained that their private bankers only reply when you add a read receipt. This year again, I sent through a request, and got no reply. Today, I resend the message with a read receipt and guess what - presto - I get a reply. A rotten culture, top to bottom.
