RMB (Private Bank) stands for RAVING MORBID BOZOS

<p>The record has just changed. Over 30mins now to get a OTP for my online banking and kicked off my online banking every time because you are so pathetically slow RMB.</p> <p> </p> <p>All your contact centre says, "we are sorry for the inconvenience". That does not help me much, plus, "we know that some issues are being experienced with OTP by SMS".</p> <p>So why dont you advize us in advance. You are a Premium Bank, where is the Premium experience, Premium Service?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
