RMB Private Bank: Poor service from private broker

<p>RMB Private bank assign a private broker to its private clients. I am getting bad service from the person. I have logged a few complaints already for his senior to make contact with me and also phoned but the senior is not available. I find it very strange that you have to consistently rate their call centre agents but the private brokers do not get evaluated by their private clients. General complaints: He does not call back, seldom answer the phone, does not advise me properly on banking matters.</p>
