RMB Private Bank/FNB- No dept will provide an account statement

<p>I opened a Global FNB account to receive around R450 000 of foreign currency. To pay money into the account my stock broker requires a statement or document which shows my name and the account number. FNB Forex says General Banking must supply the document, General Banking says Investments must supply, and Investments says FNB Forex must supply thus pointing fingers in a circle. And thus I cannot fund the account. RMB/FNB online banking also does not indicate your names thus I can also not get it online. I have registered 2 complaints about this already with RMB/FNB but no progress.</p>
