RMB Private Bank - can you please answer the phone!

<p>I'm not quite sure what the point of having a phone line is if no one answers it. I have tried to call the RMB Private Bank offices in Cape Town twice now, and while I'm told that "we will attend to your call as soon as possible", after 10 mins each time, no one has answered the phone. What shocking service....especially for a private banking service. Unacceptable!</p>
