RMB - Not SA's best private bank

<div>FNB recently upgraded me to RMB for a "better personal banking experience".I reported a *****ulent transaction on my credit card in April, still not sorted 6 months later between ****** and Debit card disputes. I have requested management to get involved on numerous occasions, no one cares, no feedback, just nothing! I am paying R625 banking fees a month, for the worst service ever. Don't be fooled with a "better banking experience", I received better service when I had a fusion account...Extremely disappointed, you dropped the ball RMB.</div>
