RMB non sensical ***** and ******* processes

I have been happily subscribing to deezer and Netflix with my rmb credit card for 36 and 18 months respectively. This month the transactions (even though they are the same value) are “suspicious” and are now blocked. Despite complaining 2 weeks ago and spending hours in queues bouncing between credit card *****, forex, helpdesk and my own useless private banker, it’s still not sorted. I get all of this quality service for just R470 a month. These guys are shooting themselves in the foot. If it’s not sorted by Monday I will change banks.
