RMB - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

We are private bank customers at RMB for many many years and has always been extremely loyal to the bank. We had a exvellent private banker but after she left unfortunately the service are NON EXISTING !!! We receive no joy at this stage at all ..... we are living abroad and need an effiecient bank more than ever. RMB are missing the ball completely. We will reconsider and also spread the message amongst our friends that RMB does not succeed on assisting customers at all. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
