have never experienced such pathetic service from a financial provider before. I was upgraded to private wealth a month ago.

1. My private banker has not yet contacted me despite me phoning the rmb suite twice on my own account.

2. The credit card division has not yet contacted me for an upgrade resulting me in having to do this myself online

I will be moving all my accounts to Investec.

Clearly RMB does not value wealth.
