RMB bond service slowest from all SA banks

How can all other banks in SA have come back with a bond approval and the bank I’ve been with for years (RMB) is last?

Private banker on leave and the person listed in the email to contact doesn’t answer the phone or reply to emails.

What am I paying for if these basic services are not being met?
