Rmb banking service really bad

First with fnb and now rmb. I pay a lot of money a month to have a personal banker, but rmb personal banking has gotten really bad. I just get no service from them, not even a reply on my emails. I am now moving all my accounts includijg home loan to investec where I get real service.
