Rmb bankers are useless!!!

I hope my rmb private banker for once do his job and actually calls me back! Beyond useless, i make calls and he never answers the calls never gets back to me. Called the call center they said he will call me back lol at this stage not sure if they guy is even alive. I get better service from telkom, yes you read that right. Mr Redah please call me back!!!!!!
