RMB and Fnb claim I am a credit risk yet I have no debit.

I am with Fnb RMB owns Fnb I have absolutely no debit with Fnb. They have had no problem opening up a cheque account for me and offered me a home loan but for reasons I won't mention, yet they have dropped my credit rating from a number 0 to a number 3 meaning I am a credit risk. And will remain so unless I say I have debit. Which I don't. This has been going on for.months. What is Fnb doing. RMB owns a couple of holdings and I am struggling to get credit even though I have a new cheque account. Please stop hurting my lively hood. I was able to ignore it but now it's intruding on my lively hood.
