Rivonia branch bad Service

Went to Rivonia branch in sandton to fix my daughter account and was issued a ticket number 13 and the was no one which made me next than a client came after me who had an number 14 and was put before me because of he was there to invest and I complained than they helped me but took me to a training consultant who had no experience with want he was and had no to show want to do , he continued to try to help me and left his desk with the system not locked had to tell him to lock his screen because it’s a risk and no one offered to help him and the branch was empty I ended up leaving because not manager did anything. So I’m not pleased with FNB SERVICE because this FNB branch’s they PRIORITISE Sales over Service like existing clients don’t matter.
