Risk Review

Good day, I'm not sure if this will help. I'm having trouble with my FNB risk profile. I was on debt review and i voluntarily withdrawn in 2013 but the FNB risk profile has not been lowered. In 2015 i tried to get finance but i was declined do to the risk profile. In November 2013 i tried to get some assistance apparently Janice Rajoo was suppose to assist with this matter as he/she is the one handling my account but he/she never replies to the emails. I was advise if i were to change my salary deposit to FNB then the matter might be resolved, therefore i switched back to FNB; February and March 2016 and when i went back to the branch for assistance i was sent to pillar to post. After a week wanting to close my i went back to the branch and i was told the matter will be resolved but up until today i'm still facing the same problem. Is there anyone who can assist with this matter?. It is very sad to be told by an FNB consultant that "they cannot help you" while the slogan says: "how can we help you?"
